Today, 23 houses have been commissioned in four villages of the Kerbulak district of the Zhetisu region. In addition, 17 people on the waiting list recently received keys to apartments in Taldykorgan. Thus, a total of 40 families from socially vulnerable segments of the population became owners of their own housing, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
5 houses have been commissioned in the village of Altynemel in the Kerbulak district, and 6 houses each in the villages of Shanhanai, Shubar, Kaspan. Akim of the district Kanat Esbulatov personally handed over all the keys to individual housing to the new owners.
According to the akimat of the district, there are 1,603 people on the housing waiting list. In order to provide them with cherished living spaces, active work is currently underway.
- To date, 100 individual residential buildings are being built in the villages of the Kerbulak district. In addition, the construction of two 60-apartment multi-storey buildings is being completed in the district center of Saryozek village. Another 60-apartment building was commissioned on the eve of Republic Day. All residential buildings under construction will be handed over to waiting lists, including low-income, socially vulnerable segments of the population, owners of houses recognized as emergency, - says Bakytkeldy Kabidolda, head of the Kerbulak district department of construction, Architecture and Urban Planning.
The new houses consist of 3 rooms with an area of 77 square meters, and all the necessary comfortable living conditions are fully provided.
Among the newly minted citizens is Gulmira Zhanatayeva, a resident of the village of Kaspan.
- 6 new houses have been built in the village of Kaspan. One of them was received by my child with a disability of the first group. We examined the house, it is very cozy, spacious, and we were satisfied. Let there be even more lucky people like us," says a local resident.
And in Taldykorgan, new housing was provided to 17 families in the Shygys microdistrict. Among the owners of the new apartments are orphans, families raising a child with disabilities, mothers with many children, single-parent families and citizens equated to veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
In general, 247.6 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in Zhetisu in ten months.
