Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Yermek Kosherbayev took part in a special meeting with law enforcement officers. During the meeting, the head of the region stressed the importance of the work of district inspectors, who are the first to respond to certain incidents with citizens and provide the necessary assistance.
— I want to remind you of the general principle voiced by the Head of State: "yes to political pluralism, extremism, banditry, hooliganism – a decisive no." Therefore, the role of each police officer is of key importance to ensure the life and health of the people. It is with you that interaction with citizens and the fight against crime begins. Their role should grow, and respect for their work should be strengthened. I am grateful to everyone who ensures law and order in our region," the head of the region noted.
Also, within the framework of the meeting, the district inspector Bakytzhan Oteulin and the driver Altynbek Myazev were awarded letters of thanks for their heroism.
— Just the other day, two of our colleagues in the Ulan district rescued a family from a smoke-filled house. Therefore, we would like to present them with letters of thanks for their professionalism and efficiency," said Police Major General, Head of the East Kazakhstan Region DP Yerlan Omarbekov.
At the meeting, the governor of the region stressed that the modernization of video surveillance systems is being carried out in the region, including the Hurricane project and the renewal of street video surveillance. These measures help to solve crimes quickly and increase the level of security. Special attention is paid to strengthening the material and technical base and the introduction of modern technologies.
