Akim of the region Abai Nurlan Urankhayev held a personal reception of citizens, at which residents raised issues related to employment, social protection and housing.
Each appeal was carefully listened to, and the applicants were given explanations and recommendations. Following the results of the reception, the mayor gave specific instructions to the district akims and heads of relevant departments to promptly solve the identified problems.
"Solving the issues of each resident is our priority. We will do everything possible to make people feel supported and see real changes in their lives," said Nurlan Urankhaev.
Special attention was paid to the issues of housing provision.
"We understand how important this issue is for every family. Measures will be taken to increase housing affordability and accelerate their implementation for those in need. The queue is moving forward in accordance with the construction of residential buildings and their commissioning," the mayor stressed.
Currently, 39 multi-apartment and individual residential buildings with a total area of 246.9 thousand square meters are under construction, thus 2,100 families will be provided with housing. In the next three years, 148 more multi-storey residential buildings are planned to be commissioned, which will allow 6.8 thousand families to purchase their own housing.
