During her working trip to Kazakhstan, the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut visited Agrofirma Rodina LLP, as well as the village of the same name located in the Tselinograd district of the Akmola region.
At the first forum of agricultural workers, the Head of State said that the Rodina agrofirm serves as an excellent example of how to properly conduct business in agriculture.
"This is an advanced enterprise that not only makes a significant contribution to the food supply of the capital and the development of the region's economy, but, more importantly, really cares about its employees and villagers," the President stressed.
The Minister was personally convinced of this. General Director Ivan Sauer said that the agrofirm operates in both dairy and meat sectors.
In 2022, the farm launched a project to introduce irrigation: 22 circular irrigation machines were installed on 2 thousand hectares, agricultural machinery was modernized, including the purchase of heavy-duty vehicles and modern sowing complexes.
There is a mini-plant for the production of seed protectants and a grain terminal for 20 thousand tons. The 750 kW wind power plant provides cheap electricity production, which increases the efficiency of the agricultural company.
Oksana Lut and members of the delegation were shown dairy and livestock complexes for 2.3 thousand heads of Holstein breed, equipped with milking machines "Global-90" and "Herringbone", with a capacity of about 88 tons of milk, as well as a processing dairy plant with a capacity of 50 tons per day.
35-45 tons of milk and dairy products are delivered to Astana retail outlets every day.
The village is an exemplary settlement, characterized by a developed infrastructure and high employment.
In 2023, as part of the social responsibility of the business, the company allocated 791 million tenge for the support and development of the village of Rodina. About two thousand people live in the settlement, there is a complete urban infrastructure, comfortable houses, wide streets, and a recreation park.
