Akim of the region Abai Nurlan Urankhaev met again with residents of the Energetik microdistrict, as promised earlier. At the previous meeting, residents voiced a number of important problems: lack of landscaping, problems with hot water, as well as a lack of street lighting and playgrounds.
This time, the meeting was held with concrete results — a roadmap was approved aimed at a comprehensive solution to the issues of the microdistrict, which, taking into account additional issues, will be finalized.
The document includes measures such as conducting an inventory of heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks, which will clarify their balance sheet affiliation. It also provides for the transfer of networks to the management of specialized organizations. Other tasks include the construction of alleys and sidewalks, the arrangement of street lighting, the installation of children's playgrounds and the maintenance of courtyards.
"Issues that have not been resolved for years cannot remain in this state. Residents should see the result of our work not in years, but in a specific time frame. It is important for us that the Energetik microdistrict becomes comfortable to live in, with high-quality roads, landscaped courtyards and reliable networks. We have defined clear deadlines and those responsible for the implementation. The task has been set: all necessary measures should be implemented as soon as possible," Nurlan Urankhayev said.
He also stressed the importance of transparency and control.
"We will keep you informed of every step, every stage. Residents of the neighborhood should know how and what is being done. No issue will be ignored," the mayor added.
The residents of the microdistrict expressed gratitude for the attention to their problems and noted the importance of constant dialogue with the local authorities.
