A forum for young teachers was held in the Abai region. The regional forum "Young Teacher: the path to success" is focused on the professional growth of young professionals. The goal is to show young teachers new opportunities for professional development and direct them to improve their teaching experience within the framework of the national project "Bilimdi ult".
The first part of the forum was motivational. Experts who have achieved success in their field were invited as speakers. They shared their personal stories and achievements.
The second part of the forum continued with master classes aimed at improving the professional competence of young specialists. Young teachers participated in trainings and practical classes dedicated to the introduction of innovative methods and techniques into the educational process. The issues of improving teaching methods, effective use of modern technologies and ways to increase students' cognitive interest were discussed. The participants reviewed creative approaches in mathematics, the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in English lessons, as well as the use of digital technologies in teaching literature to middle classes.
During the exchange of experience, the issues of adapting the educational process in an inclusive education environment, strategies for preparing students for Olympiads and innovative solutions in engineering and design based on the principles of STEAM were also considered.
The event brought together about 200 young teachers from educational institutions of the region. The forum participants mastered new methods and techniques, received valuable ideas and information to improve their professional experience. The forum became a platform for the exchange of experience among young professionals and gave an impetus to the development of their pedagogical skills.
