Within the framework of cooperation between the State Museum-Reserve "Zhidebai-Borili" and the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, a round table was held on the topic "The heritage of Abai and the modern museum: the crossroads of knowledge, education, science and education". During the event, an initiative was announced to create a special scientific and cultural center in the homeland of the great thinker.
The project is aimed at finding new approaches to popularizing the heritage of Abai among young people, using the potential of modern museums in educational, scientific and educational activities, as well as the development of cultural tourism with an emphasis on local lore. The initiative is aimed at creating mechanisms to increase museum attendance and involve the younger generation in the process of learning about national history and culture in the context of globalization.
After the opening ceremony, meetings of Abai scholars were held. Open lectures on Abai's philosophy and work were organized for students, where experts shared their research and unique views on the legacy of the outstanding thinker.
