As a result of the work carried out since the beginning of this year, 161,064.0 hectares of agricultural land have been returned to the state in the Karaganda region.
Thus, the plan planned by the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024 for the return of 130,000,0 hectares of unused and issued lands in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been exceeded by 23.9%.
During the implementation by the Department of Land Management of the Karaganda region of state control over the use and protection of land, land users began to develop 11.5 thousand hectares, the lease agreement for illegally provided 4,050 hectares was canceled, 12 thousand hectares were forcibly seized by a court decision, and cases for 6,335 hectares are under consideration in the courts.
In addition, 94.3 thousand hectares were returned voluntarily, and 46.7 thousand hectares due to the expiration of the lease agreement.
