In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputies of the Alginsky district maslikhat, Aslanbek Serikovich Shuinshaliev was appointed to the post of akim of the Alginsky district.
Aslanbek Shuinshaliyev was born in 1988. He has a higher education. He graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Law, the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Economics, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Master's degree program "Regional Development". He completed an international internship at the Mikalos Romeris University of the Lithuanian State in the field of Public Administration and Politics.
He started his career in 2007 as a lawyer at the Alginsky District Finance Department.
From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a manager at ABU-GROUP LLP; 2009 - 2012 - Chief specialist of the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Aktobe region, chief specialist of the interregional inspection of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe, and then in West Kazakhstan regions; 2012 - 2016. held the position of head Department of Housing and Communal services, passenger transport and highways of Kargaly district, akim of Badamshinsky rural district.
From 2016 to 2021, he headed the finance department of the Alginsky district, headed the department for work with law enforcement agencies and organizing the activities of the anti-terrorist commission of the office of the Akim of the Aktobe region, was deputy akim of the Kargaly district.
In 2021-2023, he worked as the head of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social programs of the Aktobe region."
Since November 2023, he has worked as the akim of the Almaty district of Aktobe.
