The event was attended by employees of the akimats of Nura and Almaty districts, representatives of the Juvenile Police Department of the City Police Department, the Department of Education and the commission on women's Affairs and demographic policy, Juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights of the mayor's office of the capital.
During the event, 94 teenagers were delivered to the police department. 88 people were brought to administrative responsibility, including under Part 2.3 of Article 442 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (stay of minors outside the dwelling at night unaccompanied by legal representatives)-68. 12 minors were placed in the Department of internal affairs.
According to Karlygash Sarkenova, Secretary of the commission for women's affairs, family and demographic policy of Astana akimat, issues of prevention of offenses among minor children and protection of their rights are under special control of the commission.
It should be noted that this event will continue until the end of the year.
It should be recalled that in accordance with article 442 of the Code of administrative offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 22.00 to 6.00 it is forbidden for minors to visit entertainment venues without the supervision of legal representatives, as well as from 23.00 to 6.00 it is forbidden for minors to leave housing without the will of legal representatives.
