Asset Utegenovich Oralbayev has been appointed to the post of deputy head of the office of the Akim of Aktobe region.
He was born in 1982 in Almaty, has a higher education: in 2004 he graduated from L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in Public Administration, and in 2006 from T.Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics with a degree in Economics.
He began his career in 2004 as a manager of the Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2005-2024 he worked in a special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan; held senior positions in business structures.
Since January 2024, he has been acting as an adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the Joint-stock company "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering" and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint-Stock company "Machine-Building Plant named after S.M.Kirov".
