Shenzhen, China – November 25, 2024. The delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the plant of the world leader in the field of radio equipment – Hytera company, which is located in the Chinese city of Shenzhen. The visit was aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of security and the exchange of best practices in the field of radio communications.
The delegation was headed by Vice Minister of Emergency Situations Batyrbek Abdyshev, who stressed the importance of developing communication technologies to improve the effectiveness of rapid response in emergency situations. Kazakhstan strives to integrate the most modern solutions to ensure reliable and prompt communication.
During the visit, the delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the advanced production facilities of the company, saw the latest developments and innovations in the field of radio communications. Special attention was paid to mobile digital radio systems, which can guarantee stable communication even in extreme conditions where there are no coverage areas and infrastructure. For example, during major natural disasters, man-made disasters and during rescue operations.
Hytera experts demonstrated key solutions, including the latest equipment for mobile communications, emergency systems and devices to support the work of emergency services. These technologies play a crucial role in ensuring operational communication between different services and allow for significantly improved coordination of actions at the scene.
In addition, the delegation visited the general headquarters of the company, where a working meeting with the management of Hytera took place. The meeting discussed the possibilities of using the company's equipment to enhance operational readiness and improve safety in the field of civil protection.
"The recent exercise of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to extinguish a fire in a high-rise building using aviation has shown how important it is to maintain communication with the sides. The head of the department instructed us to improve the existing boards for transmitting radio and video signals online, including at night. We highly appreciate the possibilities of cooperation with Hytera and are confident that our partnership will significantly improve the quality of communication and prompt response in case of emergencies in Kazakhstan," said the Vice Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
Hytera, in turn, expressed its readiness to support Kazakhstan's initiatives in the field of digitalization and security, offering its solutions for integration into emergency response systems and the daily work of ministries.
As a result of the visit, an agreement was reached to hold further working meetings to discuss in detail the terms of supply of 43 base stations, which will allow to organize a single operational communication in 49 cities and all regions of Kazakhstan.
