This year, the Akmola region ranks first in terms of the number of applications for participation in the Kazakh Tourism program and for receiving the prestigious "Quality Mark".
16 representatives of the region's tourism industry have already submitted applications to confirm that their business meets high national and international quality standards. Almaty is in second place in terms of activity with 8 applications, and the Zhetisu region closes the top three.
The Quality Mark program was initiated by Kazakh Tourism in 2021 in order to improve the standards of service and development of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan. The organizers are actively working with entrepreneurs to ensure a high level of service and strengthen consumer confidence.
