To ensure the timely commissioning of residential buildings and social facilities in the residential area of Karagaily in Semey, a block-modular boiler house with a capacity of 21.5 Gcal/hour is being built at the expense of private developer KAZENERGOMASH-T LLP. The completion date of the project is scheduled for the end of this year.
Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhayev visited the construction site to get acquainted with the progress of work. The installation of drainage systems, air vents, a common collector, flues, air ducts and runways is currently actively underway at the facility. Pipe strapping of network pumps is being completed, as well as preparatory work is being carried out to fill the foundations for the cyclone and smoke pumps. At the same time, the installation of all 10 boilers has already been fully completed.
The construction of booster pumping station No. 3 is in the final stage. This is a key facility that will provide heat supply to the nearest new buildings: six residential buildings are planned to be connected in November, and three houses and a school for 1,200 places — in December this year. Prior to the commissioning of the block-modular boiler house, heat supply will be provided from RK-3 GKP Teplokommunenergo through a new booster pumping station.
"The implementation of this project is of great importance for the Karagaily microdistrict, which is actively being built up. The construction of a boiler house is a key element of the development of the district's infrastructure. We are obliged to provide residents and social facilities with heat on time. It is unacceptable to allow deadlines to be disrupted, since we are talking about social obligations to citizens. The state is ready to buy the facility after its commissioning, therefore it is necessary that all work be completed efficiently and strictly on time," said Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhaev.
Currently, despite the active construction, the Karagaily microdistrict is provided with stable heat supply, which allows planning further development.
