Raids in Astana: 150 violations have been revealed among minors since the beginning of the year

In order to prevent offenses and crimes among minors, operational and preventive measures "Children in the night city" are being carried out on an ongoing basis in five districts of the capital. So, since the beginning of the raid measures, about 150 administrative offenses have been revealed, including 109 facts under Article 442 Part 2 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
Police officers, together with employees of district akimats, the Department of Education and the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the Mayor's Office of Astana, check streets and entertainment venues in order to identify cases of minors in public places in the evening or at night unaccompanied by legal representatives.
During the raid in the Saryarka district of the capital, a mobile group drew up 17 protocols on an administrative offense, 6 underage teenagers were placed in a support center for children in need of special social services.
In the Esil district, the staff of the monitoring group identified 62 underage teenagers who were brought under Article 442 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form of a fine for legal representatives in the amount of three monthly calculation indices.
Recall that for committing a repeat offense within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty (Part 3 of Article 442 of the Administrative Code) 2,001 persons were fined in the amount of 30,274,003 tenge. The fine is seven monthly calculation indices.
In the Baikonur area, 57 underage teenagers were identified during operational and preventive measures and taken to local police departments. The legal representatives of these children faced administrative responsibility. The owners of entertainment establishments were also brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 132 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan for admitting minors in their establishments.
The following offenses were identified in the territory of the Nura district during the raid: 48 teenagers were unaccompanied by their parents or legal representatives after 23.00 hours, which attracted an administrative fine under Article 442; an administrative protocol was drawn up for 4 minors under Article 437 for violating silence at night; 2 parents were prosecuted under Article 127 and a fine of 10 MCI was imposed.
During the raid in the Almaty metropolitan area, a mobile group identified 6 cases where underage teenagers were unaccompanied at night. As a result, a protocol and an administrative fine were drawn up for the parents.
Recall that under article 442. The Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan prohibits the presence and admission of minors unaccompanied by legal representatives in entertainment establishments from 22.00 to 6.00 hours, and from 23.00 to 6.00 hours minors are prohibited from being outside the home unaccompanied by legal representatives.
It should be noted that under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office of Astana, law enforcement and government agencies, together with members of the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic policy under the Akimat of Astana and district akimats, raids to identify minors on city streets and entertainment venues at night are continuing.
