The Department of Agriculture of the Zhetisu region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) in accordance with Order No. 137 of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2023 "On approval of the Rules for determining regional operators of distribution of petroleum products for agricultural work, as well as the Rules for the formation and distribution of volumes of petroleum products for agricultural producers during spring field and harvesting" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) informs that the submission of applications for the formation of diesel fuel volumes for spring field and harvesting operations in 2025 is carried out from December 1 to December 30 of this year on the Gosagro portal https://gosagro.kz .
When registering on the web portal to open a personal account, the manufacturer of agricultural products provides the following information:
1) for individuals and individual entrepreneurs: individual identification number (hereinafter – IIN), surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the form of joint entrepreneurship: business identification number (hereinafter – BIN), full name; surname, first name and patronymic (if any) and IIN of the first head;
3) contact information (postal address, phone number, e-mail address);
4) details of the current account of a second-tier bank or a national postal operator.
If the above data is changed, the producer of agricultural products changes the personal account data entered into the personal account on the web portal within one working day.
At the same time, it is not allowed to re-submit an application for the same cadastral field number.
The calculation of the volume of diesel fuel is carried out automatically, taking into account the standard consumption of diesel fuel per 1 ha.
