Free professional development courses for teachers have been completed. This year, more than 80 thousand teachers and heads of educational organizations have been trained.
More than half of the course participants were teachers of rural schools — 46,074 people. Of the total number of trained 62 thousand teachers were trained in the state language.
The courses included various modules in 56 educational programs. Among them are programs on the application of a value-based approach, art-pedagogical technologies and the development of subject competencies. In the process of professional development, teachers not only studied theoretical material, but also performed practical tasks. After completing the courses, post-course support is provided.
"The continuous development of teachers plays a key role in improving the quality of education. The modern world requires teachers not only to transfer knowledge, but also the ability to inspire, guide and adapt to changing conditions. This year, the coaches of "Orleu" conducted 3,160 courses covering 81,803 teachers. Of these, about 12 thousand teachers of the preschool education system, more than 68 thousand teachers of schools and one and a half thousand teachers of colleges," said Aidana Shilibekova, Chairman of JSC NCPC "Orleu".
Recall that the courses were launched in February of this year and are held annually as part of the support of teachers. They contribute to improving the quality of education and creating conditions for professional growth of teachers at all levels of education. An important part of the program is the introduction of new educational technologies and methods, which allows teachers to keep abreast of current trends in pedagogy and ensure a high level of student training.
