Today, the groundbreaking ceremony for a new 400-bed polyclinic in Titov village was held with the special participation of the regional governor Nurlybek Nalibayev, the Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova, deputies of the Majilis of Parliament Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaimbetov, Murat Ergeshbayev, the first heads of law enforcement agencies, maslikhat deputies, representatives of the intelligentsia, and elders.
The head of the region congratulated the audience on the start of construction of the new facility and noted the work done in the field of health.
"The most important wealth of the state is people, and the basis of wealth in a person is health. Good health is the foundation of the development and prosperity of the state."
One of the priorities of our President in social policy is to provide affordable and high-quality medical services to the population. Today we are at the beginning of a very important, historic moment for the city of Kyzylorda, including more than 40 thousand residents of the Titov microdistrict.
We gathered to witness the groundbreaking ceremony of the new building of the city polyclinic No. 5, designed for 400 visitors per shift. The total cost of the new polyclinic, which will be built for 9 billion 823 million tenge, will cover an area of 9 thousand square meters and will be equipped with high-quality technologies in accordance with modern requirements.
"This is state support aimed at preserving the lives of mothers and children and improving the health of our precious elderly. In the future, comprehensive work to improve the quality of life of the region's population will continue," said N. Nalibayev.
At the event, Akmaral Sharipbaykyzy and Markhabat Zhaiymbetuly delivered congratulatory speeches, and Turganbay Mahanuly, an honored citizen of the Kyzylorda region, gave a blessing.
It is worth noting that in 2022-2025, 40 medical facilities were built and put into operation in the region for 26 billion 400 million tenge. Under the national project "Modernization of Rural Healthcare", 28 facilities, which were built for 10 billion 700 million tenge, have now become a public good. In addition, 6 projects were implemented for 9 billion 900 million tenge to provide emergency medical care to rural residents.
Additional buildings were built near the Aral, Kazaly, Shieli, and Zhanakorgan district multidisciplinary hospitals, and new buildings were built for infectious disease departments in Shieli and Aral districts.
A 15-bed rural hospital and outpatient clinic were commissioned in the village of Tomenaryk in the Zhanakorgan district, a 40-bed rural hospital and a regional blood center in the village of Seksaul in the Aral district, using the local budget.
