In order to develop a law on the development of alternative energy sources to combat climate change and fulfill international obligations, as well as reduce dependence on traditional energy sources and stimulate the transition to environmentally friendly technologies within the framework of the transition to a "green" economy, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a regulatory policy advisory document (hereinafter – the KDRP).
It is planned that the law will help stimulate investments in hydrogen energy and other environmentally friendly energy sources.
The subsequent adoption of such a law will be an important step towards reducing carbon emissions, ensuring the country's energy security and sustainable economic growth.
In this regard, the Ministry invites you to participate in the discussion of this project.
