In accordance with paragraphs 9, 11, 12, 14-16 of the Rules for the Management of Ownerless Waste, approved by Order No. 373 of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), a competition is being announced for the sale of hazardous waste (chemical waste, materials, reagents, raw materials) located on the territory of the former Aktau Plastics Plant in Aktau, Mangystau region, transferred to republican ownership (hereinafter referred to as the competition).
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted at the address: Zhasyl Damu JSC, Astana, Yesil district, Kabanbai Batyr Avenue, building 11/5, office 407.

4. The main conditions of the competition:
Hazardous waste is sold at a price not lower than the estimated value determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on evaluation activities, in accordance with the conditions and procedure established by the Rules.

Lot 2 – "Pyrocatechin purple". Location: the territory of the former Aktau Plastics Plant in Aktau, Mangystau region, Industrial Zone No. 5, on the territory of Mangystau Industrial Park LLP, building 1009, compartment 1. Quantity: 0.000187 tons. Estimated cost: 2 tenge.
Lot 3 – "Terphenyls". Location: the territory of the former Aktau Plastics Plant in Aktau, Mangystau region, Industrial Zone No. 5, on the territory of Mangystau Industrial Park LLP, building 1009, compartment 38. Quantity: 2,113 tons. Estimated value: 82,276 tenge.
Lot 4 – "Polypropylene". Location: the territory of the former Aktau Plastics Plant in Aktau, Mangystau region, Industrial Zone No. 5, on the territory of Mangystau Industrial Park LLP, building 1009, compartment 24. Quantity: 0.9 tons. Estimated cost: 50 tenge.
