Modern society is facing a growing number of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, burnout, bullying, and stressful situations. It is especially difficult for children to adapt to these changes, which makes psychological support necessary. To help children, parents and teachers, the JAN AHUAL psychological center was opened in Aktobe, the purpose of which is to create a safe and comfortable environment for all participants in the educational process.
The JAN AHUAL Center was established by the decree of the Akimat of Aktobe region No. 125 dated May 6, 2024. Its main goal is to develop a unified system of psychological services at the regional level aimed at preserving and strengthening the psychological well—being of students, pupils, teachers and their families. Since its opening, the center's specialists have conducted more than 600 consultations, helping clients cope with anxiety, bullying, conflicts and other stressful factors.
Parents who have contacted the center have noted positive changes in their children, such as improved academic performance, increased self-esteem, and reduced family conflict. One of the most striking examples is a teenager with an anxiety disorder who, after consultations, became more confident, established relationships with classmates and achieved academic success. It should be noted that the center provides the possibility of anonymous treatment: online consultations via chat or video call without specifying personal data.
"Seeking psychological help is a way of taking care of yourself and your family. The sooner you ask for help, the sooner you can find a solution to the problem. We guarantee confidentiality and do everything to make our clients feel comfortable and confident. Even if you are in doubt, start with a consultation to understand how we can help you," said Aibek Aitbaganbetov, director of the center.
Contacts of the center for children and parents: 8 702 031 25 22 — A 24-hour emergency hotline where you can get help while maintaining complete confidentiality.
