The renovation of the building was completed in 2024, it was carried out by Babek Kurylys LLP. The cost of the work is 176.6 million tenge. Major repairs and interior finishing works were carried out, a modern fire alarm system was installed, the electricity supply was put in order, the territory of the kindergarten was landscaped, children's carousels and playgrounds were installed.
During a working trip to the Kargaly district, the head of the region visited a preschool institution renovated within the framework of the "Aul - El Besigi" program in Badamsha. The akim assessed the work done and got acquainted with the living conditions of the children.
The director of the "Balapan" preschool institution Zhanat Bimanbayeva noted that all conditions have been created for the upbringing of babies in a comfortable and safe environment. Currently, 82 children attend the kindergarten, and the staff consists of 29 employees, including 13 educators and methodologists. In the district center, there are 31 children under the age of two on the kindergarten waiting list.
The kindergarten has renovated a classroom for the artistic development of children, playrooms, a music hall, and a medical office. The kitchen block has modern kitchen equipment with refrigerators. The kindergarten building has Wi-Fi for the convenience of teachers' work.
"We will continue to actively support and develop infrastructure in villages to create comfortable and safe conditions for children. This is an important step towards equal opportunities for every child, regardless of their place of residence. It is necessary to ensure that every child has access to quality education that will help them realize their potential. Special attention should be paid to the mental development of children. If necessary, we will open specialized classrooms, such as Montessori, or remedial classrooms for working with children with special educational needs. This will help each child not only develop general skills, but also harmoniously develop, regardless of their individual characteristics," the akim noted.
