On February 28, 2025, the "Open Akimat" single citizens' reception day was held in the West Kazakhstan region.
The event was organized in order to strengthen the dialogue between the authorities and the people within the framework of the implementation of the concept of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "A State that listens to the voice of the people".
The reception of citizens was conducted by the akim of the West Kazakhstan region Nariman Toregaliyuly, his deputies, the akim of the city of Uralsk, as well as the heads of regional administrations, departments, law enforcement agencies and other state structures.
Current issues and effective solutions
Since the morning, hundreds of citizens have been consulting and receiving explanations on issues that concern them. The main applications concerned the following issues:
housing,
social support,
land relations,
education,
medical services,
employment and business support.
Each application was reviewed by sectoral leaders, and specific decisions were made on some issues.
Support for the population and regional development
As part of the event, 320 residents of the region received explanations about state programs, employment opportunities, and measures to support small and medium-sized businesses.
The unified reception day was held not only in the city of Uralsk, but also in all district centers. The heads of local executive and law enforcement agencies met with citizens individually.
It should be noted that the regional administration regularly holds personal receptions, ensuring the transparency of the work of state bodies and contributing to the prompt resolution of urgent problems of the population.
