The amount of housing certificates in Kostanay region is 90% of the amount of the initial contribution, but not more than 1,500,000 tenge in the form of social assistance. Have the right to apply for a housing certificate:

• families with or raising disabled children;

• - single-parent families;
• -In-demand specialists engaged in labor activities in the fields of Health, Education, Culture and sports, mining and agriculture.
• To obtain a housing certificate, the following documents are required: - A document certifying the identity of the applicant and family members (spouse, minor children) (for identification purposes); - A certificate of income for the last 6 months for all family members (spouse) , minor children, while the income of each family member must not exceed 3.1 times the subsistence minimum per month; - Certificate from the place of work; - A letter from otbasy Bank JSC PF on approval of the issuance of a mortgage housing loan for the purchase of housing with an indication of the amount of the down payment and the amount of the monthly payment from the cost of housing.
