The procedure for reviewing applications from consumers of water supply and sanitation services
05.04.2025 23:02:11 1847On July 1, 2021, the Administrative Procedural Code came into force in Kazakhstan. As a result, the work with citizens' appeals has changed - the electronic "E-statement" system has been introduced to control it. Kostanay-Su State Enterprise works with the electronic system "e-kelisim".
- The deadline for consideration of the application, notification, response, proposal, request is 15 working days from the date of receipt of the application. (The specified period may be extended by a reasoned decision of the head of the administrative body.)
- The time limit for consideration of the complaint is 20 working days from the date of its receipt.
- A written response to a lawyer's request related to the provision of legal assistance is given within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
Applications can be submitted in two ways:
- The consumer can contact the PSC, akimat or GKP Kostanay-Su at the address: 19 Abaya Ave. (reconciliation) and leave their application.
- You can apply through the EGOV portal, mobile applications E-Otinish, eGov mobile. The application is registered on the day of receipt. If the application is received on a non-business day, it is registered on the next business day after it. Next, the applicant receives an SMS notification and can track the stage of consideration of the application.
