In order to create a favorable investment climate and increase the confidence of business and investors to the institutions of state power in the region, the "Protecting Business and Investments" Project Office was opened in the region.

A network of such offices was established in all regional centers of the republic in the framework of a memorandum on cooperation between the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Investment and Development, in order to simplify the process of investing in the economy of the country, as well as to prevent bureaucratic procedures and corruption facts.
