Today, a visiting meeting of the working group of the Mazhilis of the Parliament was held in the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the draft Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On compulsory social insurance" and "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of compulsory social insurance".

The discussion was attended by deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of RK, representatives of the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the interested central state bodies and National Bank, "Auyl" NDP, "Nur Otan" party, "Atameken" NCE, Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Association of financiers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Confederation of employers (entrepreneurs) of the RK, State social insurance fund (SSIF), Center for development of labor resources and "State Corporation "Government for citizens" NJSC.  

During the meeting, the proposed amendments to the draft laws of the deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament were considered, as well as the presentation of business processes for the appointment of social payments in the information systems of the MLSPP, taking into account the changes implemented within the framework of these draft laws was held.

The purpose of the draft laws is to strengthen the interaction between the experience of participation in the system of compulsory social insurance and the amount of social payments from SSIF; the formation of incentives for population participation in the system of compulsory social insurance.   

As a result of the adoption of draft laws, the growth in the size of social payments from SSIF will amount to not less than 30%. This will increase the interest of citizens in formal employment, increase the social security of working citizens and encourage participation in the system of compulsory social insurance.
