At the XXII-th session of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev initiated the holiday of gratitude Day. On January 14, 2016, the Presidential decree approved the date of its official celebration-March 1.

In honor of the day of gratitude, the Department of economy and budget planning of the Akmola region held a solemn meeting, where the head of the Department made a congratulatory speech, where he paid special attention to the significance of the day of gratitude and its main tasks.

This holiday symbolizes the memory of the mercy shown by our people during the years of hard trials.

Gratitude day is a tribute to our common history, an expression of gratitude to the sacred Kazakh land, which has become a home for all citizens of the country.
