- In 2025, 23,556 conscripts were registered in local military administration bodies of Kostanay region. Among them, 2,251 people are eligible for conscription, and 21,305 are not eligible for conscription, - says the deputy head of the Kostanay Region Defense Affairs Department, colonel Kazbek Akhmetov.

In the course of the spring conscription campaign in 2025, 110 people will join the border service, 493 people will join the Armed Forces, 14 people will join the State Guard, and the National Guard. - 346 people
will be invited. In total, 963 conscripts do not have the right to legal postponement or discharge.
