President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has repeatedly emphasized the importance of creating accessible and high-quality educational conditions for all children in the country.
"The duty of the state is to create favorable conditions for the education of every child, regardless of the place of residence". This makes it possible to significantly reduce the load of existing schools and provide children with quality education.

In the last three years, 15 new groups providing education in the state language were opened in 11 kindergartens, and 377 places were added. In 2024, 607 more places were created in private kindergartens, 460 of which are dedicated to education in the Kazakh language.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, it is planned to open 18 groups that provide education in the state language in state kindergartens during the accumulation of new groups. According to the step-by-step development plan for 2025, 556 new places will be created in pre-school organizations.

In Uskemen, within the framework of the "Comfortable School" national project, in 2024, the construction of two new schools with 600 seats began in the city. They are growing on Uvaliev Street and Yesenberlin Avenue.

In addition, it is planned to open a new general education school No. 31 located on Timofeev Street with 300 seats. The project will be implemented in the 2025-2026 academic year.

In general, the number of newly opened places will reach 1500. This will significantly reduce the shortage of places in schools and create suitable learning conditions for the younger generation.
