In Taldykorgan, the production of aerated concrete blocks for autoclave hardening will be started, as well as a new plant for the production of industrial batteries will be launched. These projects are implemented at the expense of private investments. During the tour of the city's enterprises, the akim of the region Beibit Isabayev got acquainted with the progress of the construction and start-up-repair works of these and other facilities, - reports the press service of the akim of the Zhetysu region. At the moment, the installation of equipment is being carried out at the enterprise, after which the commissioning will begin. The enterprise is planned to be put into operation in the middle of the II quarter of this year, and it is expected that it will reach its full capacity next year.

According to the general director of the enterprise Yerbol Azmagambetov, after the start of the first phase, the capacity of the plant will be enough to produce 100 thousand industrial batteries per year. Currently, 150 permanent jobs have been created, and the number of jobs will be increased to 300 in the future. 10 billion today. Tenge has been invested and the businessman says that he will not be limited to this. The company is export-oriented. Therefore, the products will be delivered not only to the domestic market, but also to Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Russia. At full capacity, the plant will produce more than 200,000 industrial batteries per year.

In the near future, another new plant will start operating in the center of the region. This is an enterprise producing autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the Taldykorgan industrial zone. Production capacity - 150 thousand m3 per year. It is planned to be launched at the end of May and the beginning of June.

- We bought the abandoned building with our own funds and carried out appropriate reconstruction, now the necessary equipment is being installed. There is no enterprise producing these types of bricks in the region. We use local raw materials. We plan to sell the finished product mainly in the region. In addition to the factory building, we have an office, a dormitory with a kitchen for employees. Now 30 people are working. We will increase the number of jobs to 70 after the factory is put into operation. As for the salary, workers at the enterprise receive 300-350 thousand tenge per month, and the chief engineer receives a salary of up to 1 million tenge. In general, about 3 billion from our own funds for this project. We invested tenge. In the future, if there is support from the state, there is a plan to open a factory for the production of dry mixes and emulsions needed for construction. Product types will depend on market requirements, said commercial director of "Stalbeton" LLP Dinara Orynbasar, who presented the plans for the development of production.

As the regional akim noted, the state will provide support in the issue of engineering infrastructure up to the factory building as appropriate assistance. There is also an opportunity to use one of the entrepreneurship support programs, including simplified lending.

Beibit Isabaev, during his visit to the enterprises, got acquainted with the implementation of the steam-gas station construction project based on the "Baskuat" boiler with an electric power of 84 MW and a thermal power of 59 Gcal/h. This strategically important project is aimed at supplementing the heat and electricity in the city, as the city of Taldykorgan is constantly growing. For example, 27 multi-story buildings will be built in the city already this year.

According to Arman Otarbaev, CEO of "Basquat Energoprom" LLP, the project will be implemented in several stages. The first phase is designed for 35 MW of electricity and 26 Gcal/h of heat. At the same time, it is planned to finish the II stage at the beginning of January 2027. Also, technical conditions were given for gas supply and connection to heating networks of "Baskuat" boiler. The laying of the thermal road will begin in a month and will be completed at the beginning of November.

- Our main task is to reduce the load on the "Baskuat" boiler while supplementing heat and electricity. Thus, we ensure the stability of the heat supply system in the center of the region. The project is being carried out at the expense of our company's personal investment, - said A. Otarbayev.

It should be noted that today 65% ​​of the planned works within the I phase of the project have been completed.

There are 565 industrial sites in Zhetisu region, 14 of them are large and 11 are medium enterprises. The volume of industrial production in January-February 2025 is 54.5 billion. amounted to tenge, NKI - 120.9%.  At the same time, the share of processing enterprises in the regional industry is 68.2%, including food and beverage production, machine building and light industry.
