🧑🧑🧒🧒 Since the beginning of 2025, more than 40,000 requests have been received to the state single contact center "111" on family issues, protection of women's and children's rights. Among them, 339 applications were received by phone, and the rest were sent through QR-codes placed in educational organizations.
❗️ Most of the applications were informative - children were given reference information, advice, and psychological support. In complex situations, interdepartmental assistance was organized with the participation of relevant bodies. If necessary, it will be provided to law enforcement, protection agencies or other interested state institutions. The center works closely with the police, healthcare and educational organizations, as well as non-governmental organizations, and takes urgent measures aimed at protecting the rights and interests of children. Such an initiative contributes to creating a favorable environment for children, developing a culture of open dialogue and improving the psychological well-being of the society," says Nasymzhan Ospanova, chairman of the Committee for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And since January 2025, QR-codes have been placed in schools and colleges that allow quick access to the center. This initiative was implemented together with the Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
