Citizens and entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan can obtain a license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in electronic format without visiting government agencies. The service is available through the eGov e-government portal.kz, the eLicense portal.kz, as well as through Public Service Centers (PSCs) and state revenue agencies.
Online application procedure
For a quick and convenient license registration, we recommend using electronic services.:
- Log in to the eGov portal.kz or eLicense.kz .
- Select the service "Issuing a license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages."
- Fill out the electronic application form and provide the necessary information.
- Pay the license fee.
- Sign the application with an electronic digital signature (EDS).
Required documents and information
When submitting an application, you will need to provide:
- an application in the prescribed form;
- a document or information confirming the payment of the license fee;
- a lease agreement or gratuitous use of real estate (in the absence of ownership rights);
- information about the object's compliance with the qualification requirements.
Term of service provision
It takes 1 business day to review the application and issue the license.
