Azamatsha M. sent a complaint to the representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Kyzylorda region of the Kyzylorda region about the cases of bullying caused by the teachers of O., a student in the 4th grade in one of the Kyzylorda city schools. Also, the mother said that the teachers formed a collective attitude against her son, and the class teacher suggested transferring him to a private school.
The representative sent a request to the Kyzylorda Oblast Department of Education for a comprehensive review and verification of the circumstances stated in the application.
As a result of the sent requests, the Department of Education found violations by the teachers. In response to this, the deputy director for educational affairs (reprimand) and the class teacher (warning) were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Thus, Azamatsha M. the rights were restored and the application was satisfied.
