The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that the introduction of a human-centered approach and improvement of the quality of public services continues.

To this end, all customs posts and customs clearance centers have a "red button" — a QR code, after scanning which citizens and participants in foreign economic activity can directly contact the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee with a description of the problem.

The tool is designed to quickly respond to difficulties encountered in obtaining customs services, as well as to eliminate cases of inappropriate behavior on the part of employees.

The application form is simple and intuitive, and it can be filled out in a few minutes. If necessary, the user can leave the request anonymously.

We strive for an open and honest dialogue with citizens and the business community. Each request received will be reviewed as soon as possible, and appropriate response measures will be taken in each case.

We urge everyone who is facing obstacles or unsatisfactory service to take advantage of this opportunity. Your voice is important for building an effective, transparent and customer-oriented customs administration system. Only through the joint efforts of the state and society can we improve the quality of service and the level of trust.
