In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, when hearts are filled with special excitement and gratitude, the teachers of KGU "Kanonerskaya Secondary School" of the Beskaragai District Education Department, Abai Region, participated with deep heartfelt warmth in a patriotic military song challenge.

The purpose of this event is not just to honor the memory, but to revive in the hearts of the younger generation the greatness of our ancestors’ heroism, to preserve the living connection between times, and to pass the baton of remembrance from heart to heart, from generation to generation.

The teaching staff chose to perform the legendary song "Take Your Greatcoat, Let’s Go Home!"-a song that embodies the pain, hope, and hard-won joy of Victory. Resounding in unison with the souls of all who waited, believed, and lost, it became the voice of all mothers, wives, and children who awaited their heroes from the front.

The performers are hearts united by a shared memory. The song was sung with trembling voices, with sincere tears in their eyes, with gratitude and respect that cannot be expressed in words.

This challenge received a response among colleagues from other schools in the Beskaragai district. It became not just an event, but part of a larger spiritual movement-toward memory, history, and origins. Participants are passing the baton further, inviting teaching teams from other schools and institutions to join this wave of gratitude.

We remember! We are proud! We sing!

Such a voice of memory cannot be silenced. As long as songs are sung, as long as children know the names of heroes, as long as we, adults, continue to tell, sing, and remember-Victory lives on. It lives in our songs, in our spirit, in our hearts.
