In order to identify and attract talented youth to the public administration system, the next selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will be held this year.

From June 1 on the official website pkrezerv.gov.kz Applications for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will be accepted. Acceptance of documents will last until June 30 of this year.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, with higher education, proficiency in the state language with a certificate of at least B1 level and a total work experience of at least 5 years can take part in the selection.

This year, the selection will be carried out in the following areas:

Social policy and civil society;

Infrastructure development, industry and trade policy;

Economic and financial policy;

Digitalization;

Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection;

Foreign policy and investments.

When registering, the candidate must select the industry area in which he/she wishes to work if he/she is enrolled in the Reserve.

A quota for enrollment in the Reserve will be provided for each industry area.

At the same time, proportional selection of candidates will be ensured at all stages in order to maintain an even number of candidates in each industry area.

The selection process consists of 6 stages:

Submission of candidates' documents;

Assessment of the ability to work with textual and numerical information;

Solving situational problems;

Assessment of competencies;

Interview with candidates in the Expert Selection Committee for the Reserve;

Consideration at the meeting of the National Commission of candidates recommended by the Expert Commission.

As a result, 50 people will be enrolled in the Reserve. The announcement of the decision on enrollment in the Reserve is scheduled after October 25 of this year.
