Today, in the city of Tobyl, the Department of Public Development held a seminar for heads of government agencies of the Kostanay region.

During the seminar, issues of compliance and fulfillment of the requirements of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Symbols" were discussed. The rules for the use of symbols were explained to the participants and the importance of their respectful attitude and popularization in society was emphasized.

State symbols are the most important values that embody the sovereignty and unity of the country. Respect for them is a civic duty of every citizen and civil servant.
