From May 19 to 24, the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan is hosting professional development courses for officers of the Penal Enforcement System (PES) responsible for professional, service, and physical training.

 

The training is conducted under the program:

“Organizing Training Sessions with Personnel within the Framework of Professional Service Preparation.”

 

The objectives of the courses are:

•Enhancing the theoretical and practical training of specialists;

•Developing unified approaches to the organization and conduct of training sessions;

•Improving the professional competencies of the instructional staff.

 

The purpose of these courses is to improve the overall quality of staff training in PES institutions, implement effective training methodologies, and strengthen the professional potential of personnel responsible for maintaining service discipline, physical readiness, and a high standard of duty performance.
