In order to improve the quality of public services provided by state revenue authorities, on May 2 and 14, 2025, the Department of Public Services of the Department of State Revenue in Kostanay region held training seminars for employees of the branch of NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in Kostanay region. The topic of the seminars was compliance with regulatory actions in business processes in the provision of public services within the competence of state revenue authorities. Special attention was paid to the provision of the following services: confirmation of residency of the Republic of Kazakhstan; carrying out offsets and refunds of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines; receiving tax reports. As part of the mass explanatory work, samples of filling out applications have been posted on the information stands of the Public Service Centers, which will help recipients of services to correctly file tax documents when applying for relevant public services. In addition, the specialists of the Department of Public Services have developed detailed step-by-step instructions and checklists with checkpoints aimed at the correct processing of applications in the above areas. The work carried out is aimed at improving the legal literacy of citizens and improving the quality of public services.
