On June 24, 2025, at the initiative of the commission of the district maslikhat on Budget, Finance and socio-economic development of the district, a public hearing" on sanitary cleaning and improvement measures of the Bolshoi Naryn rural district "was held in the building of the KSCP" Center for Culture and recreation of the population of the Bolshoi Naryn district".
The public hearing was conducted by the chairman of the Standing Committee D. Verigin. The event was attended by members of the commission of the district maslikhat on Budget, Finance and socio-economic development of the district, deputies, heads of enterprises and institutions of the district, a representative of the district newspaper "Naryn Tany", residents of the rural district.
Akim of Bolshoy Naryn rural district D. Maratbekov made a report on this issue, noting the activities carried out in the district, and also dwelled on further plans. During the public hearing, issues of sanitary condition of the district, the state of water systems, garbage and cleanliness, street lighting, maintenance of the MSW landfill and removal of solid household waste from the village were raised. The mayor of the district gave a wide answer to the questions raised and noted that he is guided by comments.
The population of the rural district asked questions to the mayor of the district, expressed their opinions and shared their thoughts.
The head of the local police service, police captain Mukanov Nurtas Kuralovich reported on the work done for 6 months of 2025.
Deputy of the district maslikhat zh. Sydykova, who took her turn, focused on the obvious gaps and expressed her opinion on the need to maintain cleanliness in order to improve the face of the rural district.
A corresponding resolution was adopted for the public hearing.
