In the first half of 2025, a number of fundamental actions were carried out in the rural districts of Zhosaly and Irkol aimed at improving the welfare of the population and improving rural infrastructure. In these villages, akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek held a reporting meeting with the population, reported on the results of the work done in the district and further plans.

The budget of the Zhosaly rural district for the first half of 2025 amounted to 50.5 million tenge and has been fully utilized. A similar result was observed in the rural district of Irkol – funds in the amount of 44.8 million tenge were allocated in a targeted manner, the planned work was completed on time. This indicates the sustainable development of the rural economy.

One of the important issues directly affecting the quality of life of the population is drinking water. Currently, all residents of the villages of Zhosaly and Irkol are fully provided with clean, high-quality drinking water.

The issue of standing water is also being resolved in stages. In the village of Zhosaly, water is pumped across the Syrdarya River by a special pump for a distance of 3.5 km and supplied by a ditch system to houses, while in the village of Irkol, water flows naturally from the Balazharm canal and is distributed through the inner ditches of the village.

The appearance of a village is an indicator of the development of a settlement. At the same time, large-scale landscaping and landscaping work has been carried out in rural districts.:

27.8 million tenge has been allocated for the installation of a lighting system on the street of P. Baishorauly in the village of Zhosaly, construction work is currently underway. 41 light poles have been installed in the village of Irkol along Kazakhstan Street with a length of 8.45 km, the project is being implemented in the amount of 24.4 million tenge.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important sector of the rural economy. In order to support entrepreneurship through the National Project and Auyl Amanaty programs, several residents have opened their own businesses, receiving preferential loans and gratuitous grants.

Feedback from the public is in the spotlight. At the end of the meeting, Akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek gave specific answers to questions from the population.
