The public service for issuing permission to manage the property and social benefits of wards is now available not only on the eGov.kz portal but also in the eGov Mobile app.

This service is intended for the legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or have limited legal capacity by a court. The service is provided free-of-charge and allows guardians to obtain permission to manage a ward’s assets – from withdrawing pensions and benefits to selling property.

Thanks to integration with the information systems of government agencies, some of the data in the application form is automatically pre-filled. This simplifies the application process and reduces the likelihood of errors.

To get the service, the user needs to:

• log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the «Services» section – «Benefits and pensions»;
• select the service «Permits for the management of property, pensions and payments of citizens recognized by the court as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity»; 
• fill-in the required fields in the application form;
• select one of the order types, fill-in the required fields, then click «Next»;
• sign an application using one of the available signing methods.

Following the review of the application, an order or a reasoned refusal in electronic form will appear in the applicant's personal account history. The decision is provided within five working days.  

The service is also available on the eGov.kz portal and has been used over 460 times since its launch.

The new service was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
