Round Table: Financial Pyramids and Fraud Schemes

A round table discussion was held at the House of Friendship in the Ulken Naryn district, organized by the acting chairman of the district court, Vladimir Sergeyevich Firsov. Participants included: representative of the prosecutor’s office A.S. Chenkebaev; chief specialist of the legal department of the district akim's office A. Serikbolkyzy; representative of the law enforcement agency, first deputy head of the ROP department N.T. Shayakhmetov; head of the district department of state revenues E.S. Sabiev; local police district inspector A. Okenov; and chief specialist of the akim’s office of the Ulken Naryn rural district L.Zh. Mamyrkhanova.

The event featured active participation and informative reports on a highly relevant topic — the prevention of fraud, especially cybercrime.

During the discussion, specific countermeasures against fraudulent schemes were outlined, vulnerabilities in the field of digital security were identified, and proposals were made to strengthen public awareness efforts. Special attention was given to the importance of close cooperation between law enforcement agencies and civil society to prevent violations.

As part of the republican project “Eldesu zhane Tatulasu” (Reconciliation and Accord), and according to the schedule of events on ethnomediation, a meaningful discussion followed on the topic: “The Influence of Language on Interethnic Understanding.”

Participants highlighted the importance of respectful attitudes toward linguistic diversity and emphasized that language is not only a means of communication but also a key to building trust, mutual understanding, and harmony in society.

By uniting efforts in legal and humanitarian spheres, such events contribute to strengthening civic responsibility, legal culture, and interethnic tolerance, thus laying a solid foundation for a safe and cohesive future.
