A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, at which the progress of work at construction sites in the region was analyzed. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the regional maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov, the city akim, heads of responsible departments and construction organizations.
The head of the region emphasized the need for strict quality control of construction and timely commissioning of facilities.
«New facilities are of great importance for our region. Within the framework of the national project «Zhaily mektep», there should be no problems with the quality, timing of construction of schools, new stadiums and residential buildings for 11 thousand people. Equipment and improvements must be fully ready»,- said N. Nalibayev.
Within the framework of the national project «Zhaily mektep», construction and commissioning of 10 schools for 6,900 students has been underway in the region since 2023. In the Kyzylorda region, 6 schools have opened and begun work. Of the remaining 4 schools, 3 (a 1,500-seat school in the Aray microdistrict, 600-seat school in the Kyzylzharma microdistrict, and a 300-seat school in the village of Saksaulsk in the Aralsky district of Kyzylorda) will be commissioned before the new school year, and 1 (a 1,500-seat school in the SPMK-70 microdistrict of Kyzylorda) - by the second quarter.
The 11,000-seat stadium in Kyzylorda will be commissioned in September. Next to the stadium there will be a 1,000-seat parking lot, a 40-seat VIP parking lot, a parking lot for 4 buses, a boiler room, a garbage area, and a reservoir.
The western sector of the building will house training grounds for athletes, a swimming area and changing rooms, rooms for referees, coaches, massage, doping control, a medical center, commentary booths, and a conference hall. The eastern sector is equipped with weightlifting, boxing, gymnastics and acrobatics, wrestling halls, as well as a warm-up area.
In addition, there are sanitary zones, food and recreation areas for fans, a cafeteria, VIP zones and VIP offices.
This year, within the framework of the Concept for the Development of Housing and Public Utilities Infrastructure for 2023-2029, it is planned to purchase 3,022 finished new apartments from private developers to provide housing for citizens on the waiting list for housing in local executive bodies. Since the beginning of the year, 136 apartments have been purchased in the city of Kyzylorda.
By the end of August, construction work will be completed on 1 residential building with 75 apartments built by «Sаt-Service» LLC on the left bank of the SyrDarya River, 3 residential buildings with 220 apartments built by «Er-Aru i K» LLC, and 7 residential buildings with 280 apartments built by «Meliorator» LLC.
