Tuition Assistance for Socially Vulnerable Groups

Scored 105 or more on the UNT but worried you might not get a grant?
There’s a solution! 

If you belong to a socially vulnerable group — orphans, students from large families, or low-income families — the Akimat of Astana will cover your full-time tuition.

From July 1 to August 23, applications are accepted for tuition assistance for socially vulnerable students:

Required documents (short list):
• ID card
• Proof of family income
• Document confirming eligibility (death certificate of parents, large family certificate, etc.)
• High school diploma from Astana
• UNT certificate
• Bank account details (second-tier bank or Kazpost JSC)

In 2024, the “Regional Studies” program at L.N. Gumilyov ENU was added to the list of specialties eligible for this support.

Applicants who scored 105 or more points in UNT on “World History” and “English” can apply.
