Aclusterseminarfortaxpayers of the Atbasar,AstrakhanandSandyktaudistricts was held in Atbasar with the participation of BauyrzhanShaikenov, Deputyhead of the StateRevenueDepartmentfor the Akmolaregion.

The newTaxCodeintroduceschangestotaxadministrationand the system of taxbenefits. In orderto make rationaluse of the opportunitiesprovided,entrepreneursmustunderstand the situationwell.

Duringtheseminar, keyinnovationsaimedatsimplifyingtaxadministrationandcreatingfavorableconditionsforentrepreneurswerepresented,includingreducing the volume of taxreportingby30%,transferringdeskinspections to apreventiveformat,eliminatingautomaticaccountblocking, and simplifyingprocedures for grantingdeferralsandinstallmentsontaxobligations.

Among the importantchangesannounced were the preservationandexpansion of taxbenefitsfor agricultural producers,includingreducedratesandadditionaldeductions, and the transitionto a simpleandunderstandablesystem of specialtaxregimes—nowthere are onlythree of them,withminimalreporting.

Specialattention is paid to strengthening the targeting of taxbenefits.Nowtheywill not be provided to everyone,but taking intoaccountpriorityindustriesandprojectsthatreallycontribute to the development of the economyandjobcreation.

Thispractice will allow for moreefficientuse of publicresourcesandstimulate the development of the agriculturalsector,industryandprocessing.
