In accordance with the action plan for territorial election commissions of cities and districts of the Abay region, on the basis of the plan approved by the chairman of the territorial election commission of the Abay region in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the action plan of the territorial election commission of the city of Kurchatov for September 2-18, 2025 was approved.
In order to implement this plan, on September 4, 2025, a dictation was held among students of grades 8-9 of General Education schools of Kurchatov, future voters on the topic "the Constitution is the basis of independent Kazakhstan".
The main purpose of the event is to increase the legal literacy of students, familiarize them with the electoral process and arouse their interest. During the dictation, students received information about the electoral rights and obligations of citizens
