Tashkent, September 9, 2025 – A meeting took place between the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, B. Atamkulov, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, B. Usmanov.

During the talks, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation, noting the positive dynamics in the trade and economic sphere, as well as the strengthening of cultural and humanitarian ties. It was emphasized that this year has seen a high intensity of contacts at all levels, which reflects the strategic nature of relations between the two countries.
The interlocutors highlighted the importance of implementing the agreements reached at the highest level and agreed to continue joint efforts for their practical realization.

Special attention was paid to the expansion of inter-parliamentary cooperation and the intensification of contacts between academic and cultural circles of the two states, which contributes to fostering mutual understanding and friendly relations.

Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to further deepening the strategic partnership and alliance between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
