As part of the improvement of taxpayers' tax literacy, on 16.10.2025, open days were again held for taxpayers in all 14 territorial departments of the State Revenue Department.

The following issues were considered at the open day:

The new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which comes into force on 01.01.2026,
Current issues of tax legislation,
VAT reform,
Progressive IPN rates,
Anti-corruption measures,
Mobile digital products and their capabilities,
Universal declaration: rules and procedure,
The use of cash registers,
Special tax regimes,
Local taxes, local tax arrears, etc.

During the meeting, officials of the territorial divisions of the state revenue authorities provide explanations about upcoming changes in the tax sphere, as well as answers to questions from individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, etc.

Residents of cities and districts receive useful information and practical recommendations, which in turn contributes to improving tax literacy and strengthening cooperation between the population and government agencies.
